To make the reservation we require the payment of 30% or the first night (depending on the conditions) by bank transfer or credit card. If you make the payment by bank transfer, you must also provide a credit card to secure the reservation. 10% VAT is included in the rate price, not including the Sustainable Tourism Tax of 2,20€ per night per person over 16 years old, the remaining amount of the reservation and the Sustainable Tourism Tax will be paid on the day of arrival at Es Pas

It is not possible to cancel without penalty. Upon booking, a deposit will be charged to secure the reservation, in case of cancellation, the amount corresponding to the first night is  NON-REFUNDABLE and will not be refunded in any case*.

Cancellations made between 14 days and 8 days prior to arrival will have a penalty corresponding to 50% of the total reservation. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival; in case of no show or early departure; Es Pas will charge 100% of the stay to the credit card provided. *EXCEPTION: If for justified reasons you have to cancel your trip and you notify us at least 14 days in advance we will offer the option of postponing the reservation for a new date, keeping the advance payment.

MINIMUM STAY OF 3 NIGHTS in the entire agritourism + SUPPLEMENT for each day of event or use of the facilities. 2000€ (May, June, September) or 2500€ (July and August). For celebrations during other months please consult us.

A deposit equivalent to the rate of one night may be required.

Check in time in Es Pas is from 15:00H until 19:30H, the check out will be before 11:30H. The check in after 19:30H will be possible as long as you inform us in advance. This service does not have any additional cost.

Since 1 July 2016 the autonomous government of the Balearic Islands introduced a Sustainable Tourism Tax, which is collected directly by the  accommodation. Children under 16 years of age will be exempt from paying it. The amount to be paid has been fixed by the regional government. In the case of agrotourism and rural houses the amount is 2 EUR +10% VAT (per person, per night). From the 9th day of stay this tax will be reduced to 50%.
The aim of this measure is to help maintain the natural beauty of the island of Formentera.
